How do we know the actions are actually carried out?
Every Planet Pack funded is traced. You receive a named impact certificate and, from 100 Planet Packs onwards, access to a dashboard detailing the actions taken: the reforestation projects involved, the volumes of plastic removed and the areas converted to regenerative agriculture. Carbon sequestration takes the form of certified, low-carbon labelled credits.
How does this purchase fit into our accounts?
This is a service, invoiced excluding VAT and then subject to VAT — not a donation, so it does not qualify for French corporate-giving tax relief. Your invoice is sent automatically after payment. It is usually treated as an operating expense; your accountant will confirm the treatment suited to your situation.
Can we communicate about our commitment?
Yes. The impact certificate and the figures in your dashboard are designed to be used in your internal and external communications, your CSR report or your press relations. We recommend sticking to the volumes actually funded: that is what separates a verifiable commitment from an unverifiable claim.
